Polypropylene is very flexible material ,the product of thickness is very thick ,and clients only wanted low volume production, So CNC is the best manufacturing option, the inner area is visible which is quite smooth after machined ,just polish lightly ,it can get more better finished .For the external ,the tool marks can remain. It doesn’t effect the whole product usage .
So far, 3D printing can not print Polypropylene yet .Vacuum casting is not suitable eigher due to the thickness wall ,and it can not present the material’s features and performances .When machining the product ,our CNC operator makes 4 piece line up once ,This can save the production time to improve production efficiency.
