Red Anodized Aluminum Part Made By Precision CNC Machining

UYEE has been treating all clients equally,no matter for current valuable clients ,or new potential client.This CNC Aluminum Prototype project is for a startup entrepreneur who is from Germany.After got his inquiry, We responded fast with a quote ,one day later ,he decided to go ahead with us ,but the client wanted the project to be completed ahead .Because he had a meeting with his clients on a certain date ,they had made an appointment .the date can not be changed .He sent us an order with the quantity 38 units,the lead time should have been 21 days ,but he requested us to be finished within 15 days ,this is very important project for expanding his business and company developing .

Actually the shape of aluminum part is not complex .on the PDF drawing ,the client has indicated all tolerances requirements , most of them with dimensional accuracy at±0.05MM,they are OK. But the critical position is ±0.01MM on the length .It’s not easy to be under control since the whole direction of length is quite irregular,the machinist created a few pieces of fixtures in order to fix a position more precisely,the QC also constantly inspected the tolerance during the production process to enable it to go well .In the mean time.the client had high requirements on the surface finishing ,after CNC Aluminum Machining done, firstly: our manual technicians did deburr and break sharp edges ,second: sanding the part with sand paper,last: sand blasted it with the tiny sands and red anodized.Finally We delivered these parts on time, the client was very happy and satisfied with the quality and service we offered .
