The result reflects that, despite the fact that this technology is still in full development, 37% of the human resources directors surveyed believe that artificial intelligence and CNC machining already have a significant relevance, is the present and is a reality at the moment. 48% maintain that the true impact will come soon, in the short-term future, and that you have to be prepared for when that happens.

Four years ago, according to Tech Vision (Accenture), the smart enterprise ranked fourth among the most relevant trends, while three years ago, topics involving AI were ranked as the most relevant. It is not only a technological concept, but also with a large component of social impact, which implies special procedures when dealing with and managing it within the company.
Artificial Intelligence Makes the Improve Productivity Hugely
However, although artificial intelligence and CNC machining are present on everyone’s agenda (managers, C-levels, programs, etc.), what is still not taken into account is the impact of it. Higher productivity
Almost all experts (94%) are sure that AI will serve to increase human performance. So much so that 98% of them consider that the implementation of these systems will lead to an exponential increase in the productivity of companies, although 73% believe that this will require making the most of the true potential of smart technologies. Only 2% of the managers consulted say that productivity growth will not be so high.
In addition to improving productivity, artificial intelligence could also improve the living conditions of workers, as 72% of those surveyed think. These ensure that these technologies will take care of the routine tasks that hinder the work of professionals. 28%, on the other hand, consider that they will bring benefits to employees, but not so many as to say that it will improve their quality of life.
